On 01.10.2023, the implementation of the project “Studying biotechniques in the field of hairdressing and graphic design” with contract number 2023-1-MK01-KA122-VET-000127040 began. The project was directly earned by the Macedonian school “Dimitar Vlahov” from Skopje and will be implemented in partnership with “Centre for Active Youth – Together We Can”.
The project is co-financed by the “Erasmus+” program of the European Union, and the expected mobility will begin to be implemented at the beginning of April 2024. The mobility is planned for 10 students with the hairdressing profession and 5 students with the graphic design profession. The duration of the mobility will last 21 days including two days of travel.
At the beginning of April 2024, the association will welcome 15 students and two teachers from the Macedonian school and will organize professional practice in renowned companies/studios in the city of Sliven. The mobility will include practice in a real work environment, work visits as well as lectures by educators in this field. In addition to the professional part, a cultural program is planned for the weekends, which will include a visit to the seaside town of Burgas, visits to museums and traditional Bulgarian food tasting.
In addition to the organization of the professional practice, CAY will also take care of the comfortable accommodation for the participants in the Bulgarian mobility, mentoring, issuing Europass certificates for the students and popularization of the project. The project ends on 30.09.2024.
